It has been brought to our attention that in some cases it might be cheaper for the congress participants to book via hotel web sites rather than via the official conference organization.The reason being that due to the economic downswing and low occupancy rates hotels now offer, on an ad-hoc basis, special rates at a substantial discount.We therefore advise that participants browse the hotel web sites for more information and book there should they be able to find lower rates.Due to the short term nature of these specials it is not possible for us to guarantee best rates although we are constantly pressing the hotels on our list to improve on the rates quoted to us.
Should you like to book at other hotels, the transfer costs will in this case regrettably be for your own account.Please be advised that the airport / hotel / airport transfers (as booked on the online registration site) are based exclusively on routes to and from the five selected hotels below.
